Shipping
The products are typically dispatched within 7-8 working days of order confirmation depending on your destination. Once the product is dispatched for delivery we will notify you of the same.Orders will only be delivered till the ground floor. You will have to make arrangements for the delivery to your respective floor on your own. To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Return Policy
We work on a no return and refund policy for all items. The only exception being, if the product is received damaged and the same is brought to our notice within 48 hrs, along with supporting images of the damaged good. If 48 hrs have gone by since delivery, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packing as received along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Receipt of the courier to be shared for reimbursement, which should not exceed more than 15% of the product value or
- We will provide you return shipping label, which needs to be attached to the return package. So that we can arrange the return pickup for the same.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are received defective or damaged and after immediate intimation (within 48hrs of delivery) on the receipt of the product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ashrey@conkreate.com
